Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns


We do not issue refunds. However, we will provide a replacement item if:
*Item(s) are damaged in-transit.
*Item(s) received are not item(s) purchased.

Feel free to contact us if you believe your purchase warrants a refund. We will determine these on a case-by-case basis. The consumer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
